The Overview of signal gate valve

The Z41H-10K stainless steel JIS gate valve is a rising stem gate valve designed and manufactured in full compliance with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). It controls fluid flow by vertically lifting or lowering the gate plate. The valve stem rises and falls with the gate plate during operation, providing clear position indication. The valve pressure rating is “10K,” equivalent to the nominal pressure of PN10-16. Constructed from stainless steel with a metal hard seal (“H” type) sealing pair, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. This valve is suitable for industrial systems requiring material purity and compliance with specific standards. This product is widely used in Japanese-funded enterprises, equipment exported to Japan, and domestic projects strictly adhering to Japanese standards, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, water treatment, and Japanese-style marine industries. It is suitable for conveying water, steam, oil, gas, and various non-corrosive media, serving as critical equipment for reliable pipeline isolation within the Japanese standard system.

The Features of signal gate valve

1. Compliant with Japanese Standards: Valve design, dimensions, testing, and acceptance strictly adhere to relevant standards such as JIS B 2031 and JIS B 2002. With a pressure rating of 10K, it offers seamless compatibility with piping and equipment conforming to Japanese standards, ensuring high versatility.
2. Stainless Steel Construction: Primary components including the valve body, bonnet, and gate plate utilize JIS-standard stainless steel materials (e.g., SCS13/SCS14 corresponding to CF8/CF8M). This provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various corrosive media and applications with high cleanliness requirements.
3. Metal Hard Seal (“H” Type): The gate and seat employ a metal-to-metal hard seal structure, typically achieved through hard alloy cladding or direct machining of stainless steel. This design offers high-temperature resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for steam, oil, gas, and similar media.< br/> 4. Rising stem design for visual status indication: The valve stem rises and falls with the gate, allowing operators to directly observe its position and accurately determine valve opening.
