The Overview of signal gate valve
The Z41X soft-sealed rising stem gate valve is a type of valve that opens or closes fluid flow by vertically lifting or lowering the gate (valve plate). During valve operation, the stem of the rising stem soft-seal gate valve moves vertically in tandem with the gate plate. Its trapezoidal threaded section is externally exposed, allowing direct visual confirmation of the stem's position to determine valve opening. The gate plate's sealing surface is coated with elastic rubber material. Supported by the valve seat, this elastic seal tightly contacts the gate plate to achieve sealing. Rotating the handwheel drives the stem and gate in vertical motion to complete opening or closing operations. The Z41X soft-seal rising stem gate valve is widely used in demanding applications such as municipal water supply networks, building plumbing systems, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial pipelines in food and pharmaceutical industries. It serves as a reliable shut-off device for controlling the flow or isolation of fluid media.
The Features of signal gate valve
1. Integral Rubber Lining: The valve core is fully encased with high-performance rubber using advanced vulcanization technology. This ensures a tight, secure fit with precise geometric dimensions, delivering superior sealing performance and extended service life.
2. Visual Position Indication: The valve stem rises and falls with the gate plate. Operators can directly assess the valve's opening degree by observing the stem's extension position, facilitating process control and maintenance.
3. Flat-Bottom Seat: The bottom features a flat-bottom seat design matching the pipeline, minimizing debris accumulation to ensure unobstructed fluid flow while maintaining reliable sealing.
4. Corrosion Resistance: The valve interior is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin powder, while internal components use copper alloys and stainless steel materials. This effectively prevents corrosion and rust, making it suitable for drinking water and food systems as well as harsh environments like sewage.
5. Easy Maintenance: The valve stem threads and packing gland are externally located on the valve body, facilitating lubrication and maintenance/replacement. This reduces long-term maintenance costs.
